De Quervain's tendonitis

    People try all sort of remedies for inflammations, sprains and the likes. I'm dealing with a peroneal tendonitis atm. Unless the problem is severe/chronic and requires surgery, truth is, the best thing to do is to rest, ice, compress, elevate the injured body part and take anti inflammatories. Brace/cast the spot where the injury is (ankle, wrist, knee etc) to limit movement, ice + take anti inflammatory medicine to reduce the inflammation and compress + elevate to reduce/prevent swelling. That's it. No miracles solutions. I've trained around/through medium/severe injuries but that's just a bad idea long term.
