I dunno but the type of subtle grammatical typos it has in its description remind me of certain foreign websites "Omgili is search engine for Forums and Boards. Find communities, message boards and discussion threads about any topic."
It's not a very good search engine! Most of the topics I put in (in english) I got more forum posts from foreign languages than english? Sometimes I search MAP usernames in Google for the hell of it. I found this one googling m1k3jobs. If m1k3jobs is the same guy on all the results, our m1k3jobs has a fascination with anime.
Actually I do and that is me but I dropped my subscription to anime network as I can get my fix on netflix. Kind of sad that was all you find on google. Sigh.
