hey guys i was at boxing just starting my training. done a 3min round of skipping then started to do another 3min round and all of a sudden i get an immensely painful feeling in my foot. finished training as i couldnt move all to well and went to work. anyway woke up this morning and the pains even worse. and my foots swelled up alot. is there anything i can take/use to easy the swelling etc? iv used icebags etc before anyone says thanks people!
Jeez, you guys just wont drop the ice....Do NOT use ice. If there is swelling, use San Huang San. If not, and you want to stay the traditional route, dit da jow and dit da wan are what you need...
