    Absolutely fantastic

I saw the prelims and the main card. FINISHES for EVERY FIGHT. If I counted right it was 6 KOs 4 submissions. Since Strikeforce isn't as deep and as willing to put up sideshows some of the fights were expected and lopsided.

But the Main Events were fantastic. Jacare Souza really put Robbie Lawler through a grappling clinic. Souza was scrambling into all types of dominant positions side mount, north to south, top mount, back mount and going for all sorts of submissions, chokes, armbars, leglocks. Lawler showed some serious power in his punches but I actually think Souza outstruck him with more strikes combining punches and knees in the clinch. At the end of the day Souza finally got Robbie's back and sunk in a rear naked.

But even better was the fight between Cyborg Santos and Nick Diaz. Santos landed a lot of nasty leg kicks. They were turning Diaz's knees into these sick angles. Santos also landed heavy punches and knees. Diaz slowly started to check those kicks but was walkin funny while Santos still snuck some in. Despite the power of Santos' strikes Diaz managed to rain those punches in bunches he's famous for cutting Santos face. Santos tried one last leg kick and added a footsweep to take Diaz down. Diaz immediately took his arm and secured the armbar from the bottom. Diaz then swept him by cupping Santos' leg and locked it up streching out Santos' arm for the tap within seconds before the end of the 2nd round.

Other notables. Roger Gracie's takedowns and foot sweeps were good and I even liked the few punches and knees he landed on Trevor Prangley. Roger also got a RNC. I think he should go the Jake Shields route and be a submission specialist especially since he has good takedowns but considering his height and reach I really think he can add good striking to mix it up.

Let's see nothing to great other than the finishes. Everyone else seemed to be too early on in their career for me to assess them too much. Ah well what a great fight night
