Dog Bros sparked my interest. What should I expect to see in this class? Stick and knife fighting looks fun. I just hope they have a sufficient amount of empty hand too. Also will I get enough cardio in a DOg Bros. class for weight loss. Right now on my off days from I walk 2 miles a day.

I don't think their class structure is so organized as to be standardized between schools yet. They are just now coming on line with an organized curriculum for "Dog Brother Martial Arts" and it just started rolling out this last winter. Perhaps Point Dog can describe this a bit better as he is listed as a DBMA instructor, but I suspect class organization is going to be heavily dependent on your individual instructor.

If following the official curriculum (which again is fairly new) then almost all of the basics are about footwork or weapon work.
