I started choy lee fut about 3months ago. My knees are getting creekier since starting training.

Should I be concerned about this ?

I'm not suffering that much, just concerned

I hope it's nothing serious becuase mine (well the left one) has started doing the same, only after about 90 degrees - so sitting in a chair is OK, but past that it starts creeking!

I though it was just me getting old!

What stances do you stand in a lot, and how do you do your kicks?

we use horse stance, forward dragon, back dragon, cat, half horse

most of the kicks I do are snap kicks.
The sets use low stances are quite hard on the legs

If you don't take Glucosamine Sulphate daily - you should start!

Firstly you wanna check that when you do the kicks you're not locking out, that's a great way to cripple yourself. Same goes for punching, make sure that there's always some bend in your arm or leg.

The low stances shouldn't do any actual damage, although I can almost guarantee that your muscles will ache.
