I have been in bed for a few days with a bad chest. I am feeling 80 percent better but I am still coughing up a lot of thick mucus,. Should I train or wait for it to clear (considering that I have my first Muay Thai bout in four weeks)?.

If you need an answer to that question, then you need to see a doctor.

Only so long as it's the yellow stuff. The black and dark green is horrid. :D

Phelm, to be exact. This indicates that you have or have had a Sinus infection. In general if its green....go to the DR, if its yellow you are getting better. Increase your water intake by 50%, if you continue to have these sysmtoms do not work out. You don't need the dust, the increase in blood pressure, or any trama which could open healing mucus membranes.
