Similar to lots of warmups, but still a good all-rounder: http://www.grapplearts.com/Bodyweight-Conditioning-Exercises.html I'm doing it for time, with the reps he suggests, e.g. finish all the exercises and then see how long it took you to do the workout.
I'm going to try this, but I'll have to use a heavy bag for the partner exercizes. I'd hate to see one of his harder workouts.
I did it without a partner. For the gi pulls, you can do pull-ups instead, or bent-over rows, maybe. For the partner squats, you just substitute bodyweight squats, but do 50/100 of them. My regular training partner weighs 50 kilos more than me, so I'm not doing bodyweight squats with him, anyway. I did it the other day and it took me ages to complete all the reps! Good challenge though.
