Cool Jiu jitsu workout

    I'm going to try this, but I'll have to use a heavy bag for the partner exercizes. I'd hate to see one of his harder workouts.

    I did it without a partner. For the gi pulls, you can do pull-ups instead, or bent-over rows, maybe.

    For the partner squats, you just substitute bodyweight squats, but do 50/100 of them. My regular training partner weighs 50 kilos more than me, so I'm not doing bodyweight squats with him, anyway.
    I did it the other day and it took me ages to complete all the reps! Good challenge though. :)
