    Hi all,

I have had bad shoulders for about 2 years, hard to hold my arms above my head or even out to my sides for an extended amount of time.

Along with that when I plank or lie on my back and lift my legs and head up I have pain in my right collarbone area. It is connected to my breathing. Any ideas?

    Arnie.

I would suggest getting X-rays done first thing. If no bones are broken, perhaps a chiropractor could help. Really a medical professional should evaluate you issue though.

Thanks Raaeoh, probably should see a doc of some description. Thought perhaps a MAP'er may have come across something similar.

See a Dr first and then a physio to sort out your problems.

Isnt that because there's a lot more police and criminals then there are terrorists?

That, and cops generally know how to use excessive force and get away with it. They have a system called the "circular force continuum". http://www.policetest.info/FORCE_CONTINUUM_POLICE_USE_OF_FORCE.htm The doctrine of "officer safety first" (aka "officer safety uber alles") developed over the last few decades during the militarization of police (for the "war on drugs" and such domestic "wars") has allowed cops to justify entirely irrational behavior. This is why you regularly hear about dogs being shot, no-knock raids on the incorrect house ("oops! shot the family next door on accident!"), brutal beatings for saying what seem to be innocuous things to the rest of us-like looking at a cop "aggressively", etc. Will Grigg documents these abuses regularly on Pro Liberate http://freedominourtime.blogspot.com/ Cop Block is as good or perhaps better because of the volume of stories they pick up: http://www.copblock.org/

Statistically there a very few terrorists in the usa.

Would you say the high crime rate and availability of guns Has fueled this "judge dredd" effect?
