Chow Gar Form Applications

A couple of new youtube SPM videos were published by Sifu Grant Guirey a few days ago. It's 12+ minutes going over the Yum Yearn (Yin Yang) Opposing Hands form.

It's primary audience is Chow Gar students but you will hopefully enjoy them regardless. I did, anyway . You'll want the sound up to hear him talk.

Interesting. Looks like he teaches out of a closet though

 

He's got a sister school in a phone booth.

I enjoyed it - always good to see what other people are doing. Thought the quality was good.
