mikey has some serrious traps on him too, you mentioned what worked for you to hide your neck in my log but i wouldnt mind hearing a little more detail if you ever had time, i know you've a lot on at the min.
I'm guessing he has a pretty impressive deadlift to go along with that bench.

Ok - I'm a prodigy of the 80's so it was Weider Principles for me. The best chest workout I ever did was flat flyes superset flat bench. Incline flyes superset incline bench. Always finish with elbow out chest dips for the win.
