I think you should not get a Bulldozer CPU, especially that one. They are not very good and are actually worse performers than Phenom II's. You have to clock the ridiculously high to even match them and the power consumption is higher also. I'm pretty sure it is in actual fact a dual core with two virtual cores rather than a fully fledged quad core aswell. Get a high end Phenom II or a 2500k (2500k would be better). Also get a 560ti or a HD6870.
If you must go with AMD get at least an FX-8120 (I'm using one right now). Otherwise, Intel procs are much better (you can think of the FX-4xxx being dual core with multithreading rather then quad core). Also, I'd buy a higher wattage power supply to go with that video card.
