Boxing and losing wieght

    depends do you still think eating McDonald's is an effective method of bulking ?

    the cardio and physical endurance needed to box is incredible. road work and jump ropes alone, done right, should be killer enough. on top of that, then you do bag and ball work. then on top of that, you need to do mit work.

    i'd say a good hour in the gym on top of maybe 45 minutes of road work sounds like a recipe for weightloss. you need to eat right, though. but yeah. it should work.

    Not if your looking for muscle. If your looking to get fat yes. Eating high calorie foods like taco bell, kfc and mcdonalds everyday without excersize will make you gain weight. But also a recipe for high cholestrol , and diabetes too if you do it too long. I think healthy nutrition is better if you want to gain bulk muscle. But from what I read dude wanted to gain wieght. And eating a healthy well balanceed meal isn't going to help you do that.
