I'm a teacher, so I have very busy periods during term time, interspersed with relatively quiet holidays.... (Christmas 2 weeks, Easter 2 weeks, Summer 6 weeks, and three holidays each of 1 week between the above). I'm not able to train a huge amount during term time (3 to 6 hours a week, depending on how busy I am), but during the holidays I have quite a bit of free time. What's the best way to train effectively to make the most of this extra time? Is there a way to "supercharge" my training with the extra time I have? During the holidays I could easily manage at least 2 or 3 hours a day in the week. Thanks in advance for your advice!
