    I think the paralympic games are far superior to the olympics, in the olympics you have the best of the best competeing with each other, the alpha male and the alpha female.
    In the paralympics people have to have the courage to overcome some handicap before they can compete. Great stuff

    I rolled with a guy in No Gi BJJ once that as we shook palms informed me he was legally blind. We started from standup, slapped palms and I thought it would be funny to point and say 'hey I'm over there!'

    I mean I still think it was funny.

    The guy double legged me, lifted me straight up about 3ft in the air then flipped me backwards, I somehow landed on my feet to everyones astonishment, and then he proceeded to kick my backside for 6 minutes.

    Awesome training.
