Currently I'm around the 5'9 margain and about 180-185 depending on the day. My sensai is trying to push us into some amateur fights at a local college and I need to drop weight because guys at 185 are a bit out of my league size wise. Im hoping to drop down to about 160 and tack on another 10lbs or so in a weight room. It's hard to find proper technique from anyone around here so I am wondering if anyone on here would be able to help me out. Thanks.
