Best day of your life?

So what has been the best day of your life so far? I can't think of mine at this particular moment so I'll have to get back to you....

 

The day my GF came back to me, she had been abroad looking after her sick mum and her mum got better. I phoned to get time off and drove to the airport to meet her. I was shaking as I waited for the plane to get in.

 

As a kid, seeing my baby sister open her eyes for the first time, made my day. :love:

As a teenager getting laid the first time.

After becoming and "adult", 3 days before graduating USMC bootcamp when you officialy become a Marine, the Drill Instructor gives you your Eagle Globe and Anchor, shakes your hand and congratulates you.

 

I remember sitting through a full day of University lectures (Usually something that I'd take electric clamps to the nipple in prefference of) grinning the day after. Pretty much the best day of my life ever.

 

LOL yeah brings tears to my eyes when I think of my first.


But bearing my first child was absolutely the best day of my life.

/me thinks about what would be his best day.

Had a few good ones I guess. But I think the best day I'll ever have is the day I die : P. Can't write about it when I'm dead though so I'll tell ya' that it will be the best day ; D.

 

No best day that stands out. I wouldn't want there to be anyway.

Probly the day i passed my 2dan grading.

as my instructor's first original student (that he'd brought up by himself from the beginning), i tested not only infront of his master instructor (9th dan master marshall johnson, who passed away a few months ago, bless him), but at master johnson's club in MI & infront of a lot of people my instructor had grown up with... and a visiting 9th dan from korea...

he told me afterwards how proud he was. it wasn't getting the grade that made it the best day. it was having my instructor be so proud of me. it was really cool.

 

That's truly cool Lama!

My best day ever? Wow, I can't narrow it down that finely, but the day I married my wife, and the births of my children would be on that list along with getting my 1st and 2nd Dan's.

And if I win the lottery tomorrow, that will also be added to the list.

 

Hands down the day my son was born! Every single day since has been a blessing.

 

The day someone put a bullet in my head thereby ending this misery known as life...
