Best and Worst Uniforms/Gi's in MA?

I like the Hakamas, I think it's probably a little annoying when you're doing kicks and throws but I just like the looks.

Oh yes, that reminds me of a little story my best friend (a Taekido-ka)... he told me that a white belt at a grading saw the Hanshi and the Sensei in Hakamas and said "Oh! Look! They're wearing skirts!" then he got a immediate failure for that.

I'd wear a pair of fight shorts over a Wushu uniform any training session; they're so much more comfortable, allow better movement, not to mention you don't get so hot and stuffy!

I like my Taekwon-do uniform. They are a new sort for ITF manufactured by Sasung.org. It is a zip up one, but the zip is quite low so if u get hit where the zip is you wont do any real serious damage. well u will, but i think you know what i mean. There nice and baggy too, which lots of teens like myself like.

I think the worst uniform is anything thats revealing, we dont need to see your body. i like things that cover up your skin



I hope this picture isnt to big, im sorry if it is, im to much of a noob to know how to resize it. O and btw, i had only just got my black belt and i had only just got given that dobok that day so i didnt have time to sow on the black trim. And i was only wearing a singlet because it was like 5degrees Celsius that morning!

 

OMG! Rua Kaiou!! I agree, the new zip-up doboks are very comfortable.

Man, that is just plain sick...

 

definately i think kungfu... in some styles i have done.. no belt required and chinese style look... sweetness. I hate belts. And i dont like the karate tie across style.

I also like pants that have elastic on the bottom so i can kick without my pant leg flying. Hap kido pants are great too... i like them shorter, great for my dance class.



Or there is always my power ranger costume...
