    This should be required watching for all bjj school owners and anyone looking to get better

    Mushroom De-powered to come back better than before.

    Probably the first ever JRE that can be posted because Askren would not swear :p

    I had booked a seminar with him years ago, when he was due to come to UK but his seminars got cancelled last minute. Bit gutted about that.

    The way he adapted freestyle for the cage with his rides and wrist controls was just an artform
