LOL!!! That was very funny! I really like the "Canadian Snowbird on Miami Beach" belt and the "Bleu Cheese" belt!! (always wondered who was smelling up the Dojo!). I can hear it now! "That kid with the bleu cheese belt is a real stinker!!" LOL!!!

hahaha I am glad to hear we aren't the only club that uses electrical tape for its tips! I had been thinking that we were all domestically inept because we couldn't sew on a piece of ribbon! oh and White Yellow Green Blue Red Black Tip of next belt colour in between. We don't have anything like probationary, or deputy black belts???? Do you have to do more than one grading? Or wear a P plate on the back of your belt so everyone knows you just got your license??!!!
ITF have a junior black with a white stripe thru the belt not actuialy sure how the switch between junior black and adult black occurs never taught junior blckbelts in my time with teh UKTA(ITF)

For deputy belt testings, each deputy belt has a seperate testing (deputy 1 (testing for) tests then deputy 2 and so on...)They test differently than lower belt and black belt testers. Deputy belts have nothing to do with licensing, only black belts do
No. Our black belt test is the Kukkiwon test. We have at leat 3 masters/grandmasters there to grade. Once you got it - you got it.
