I'm taking part in the Beat The Crap Out Of Cancer on 15/10/2011 to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support and I'd really appreciate your help. The wife and I will once again hit (and be hit by) friends, old and new, with sticks for fun. Only this time we'll be doing it for charity and in synch with a bunch of other maniacs across Europe and the US.

Here's a video from the same event held last year in Canada to give you an idea of the sort of thing we're doing.

If you think this is sufficiently entertaining to justify a donation, please chip in.

It's easy to donate online with a credit or debit card - just go to Lynn's JustGiving page:

    http://www.justgiving.com/Lynn-Brown1

JustGiving sends your donation straight to Macmillan Cancer Support and automatically reclaims Gift Aid if you're a UK taxpayer, so your donation is worth even more. I hope you'll join me in supporting Macmillan Cancer Support.

Yep, Thomas 'C-Gong Fu Dog' Holtman. Most people think they'll just run and crash into him, then find out that he's a BJJ Brown belt ;) (And former training partner for the likes of Bisping, and head of Shooto Germany)
