When i do Weighted bar dips should i lean forward or pull my knees up towards my chest and try to keep straight? I figure leaning forward may put too much pressure on my shoulder but wasnt a 100% on this. Also it tends to pull on my abs more when i pull my knees up as its harder to keep form etc so ive been alternating them in sets (6 x 5 instead of 5 x 5 and doing 3 sets each) Cheers Sam
