Hi guys, Im starting my new weight training programme in a few weeks but just have a few questions beforehand. from reading threads on this forum and reading BRAWN, I will only be using compound movements and only training with the weights twice per week. My question is however, how can I combine other strength training with weights i.e/ isometrics and bodyweight training, without overtraining? should i combine these types of training? If not then when should i use these methods of training? Any insights would be much appreciated thanx Dave
