Lol I believe it's supposed to be the guy in the black tracksuit. Only way I can tell is because the other one seems determined to use trapping on him when hi isn't doing it back. In fact, this video is a damned fine example of why wing chun "trapping" is a load of balls.
^^ and the guy in black is the only one throwing any kicks still his form seems more like tkd to me , its stupid sparring like this though because there's all ways handicaps on the martial art 1 person uses, muay thai no elbows or knees (unless this guy forgot he had them) the wing chun guy cant go full power either, they have no gloves on so they cant even go half power they just seem to be dancing, for me its not really that effective if your not utilizing your chosen ma, i no we train in light sparring but put some effort in!

Wow, this thread had me laughing for about an hour Donnie B is a joke first time i heard of him is now I have only been doing muay thai for about a year but thank god I dont look like the James May clone and my shins are hard enough to smash them against a lot of things WITHOUT shinpads
I was glad firecobra put up that ridiculous donnie b clip because i thought i was the only one who thought the guy was the biggest joke going. Its all made up like a bad fantasy version of old style and even muay thai.
Man that Donnie B is awful isnt he,but the main thing that gets me is sooo many newbies really rate him! check out the comments underneath his clips,most are positive!. The guys stance is poor,his guard is poor,his rhythmn is poor,its all poor. Im happy you guys are in agreement as sometimes I feel its just me being a hater!

that looks to me like he's never thrown an elbow with intent in his life before. why is he using a sok ti but instead of trying to cut the bag with it, appears to be attempting to bludgeon the bag to death with it!? Man has no effin clue. I posted on one of his videos once about how bad it was and had a reply from him - guy obviously thinks of himself as the shiz.

firecobra I am clueless myself about the donnie b guy. I read the comments too. He also implies he knows lerd rit and various other things and lerd rit doesnt look like anything he does at all. Its just horrible all the way through. He doesnt understand muay thai at all. I think he just talks alot and does flashy stuff people seem to like because essentially its all fancy and has no utility or function. But what he does has nothing to do with any thai style especially old style and muay thai.
Jaggernautico, To my knowledge Lerd Rit is a military art so how the hell has he learnt that!(I know he hasnt). He doesnt move like Chaiya,Korat,Lopburi or modern Muay Thai people do,basically he is just doing his own thing which is fine till he says its old style Muay Thai,which old style?. GRRR damned annoying lol
