    Hey y'all....

I've been gone for about 3 1/2 years after suffering a minor heart attack and 6 minor strokes. The recovery has been long but I'm back to about 95% and ready to reopen the dojo. I've also located to Rapid City, SD. So if there is anybody in this area who wants to train, shoot me a pm.

The essence of "Nin" is endurance or perseverance. Those health issues are no small matter. To get up and get back in the saddle is inspiring. Best wishes and Ganbatte!
