Hi all, So I originally joined MAP in 2004. There has been a lot of upheaval since then and my training has been nowhere near as regular as it should have been, so I haven't posted much in recent years (at least, not on martial arts-related topics, anyway). However, I am finally settled with a steady (I hope) career and I thought it was time to get involved again. I have joined a freestyle wrestling club in East London and I hope to add BJJ in too. Fun times!
