Avatar Help

Seeing as i've got limited skills with thinks like photoshop et al I was wondering if somewould be able to help me. I'm after getting an avatar and I'd like a Stitch one, if i was to find the URL of a picture i liked of him would someone be able to fiddle about with it so that i can use it as an avatar?
