Just heard the very sad news that another Wado great has just passed away. Arakawa sensei was part of the initial group that travelled from Japan to demonstrate Wado-ryu karate to the world in the 1960's I had the great honour to train with him (and play golf with him as well) and the man was technically the best I have ever seen.
if he's who i think he is, i actually attended a seminar with him along with three other sensei very early in my training (probably about 10 years ago). i remember being highly impressed with him too. RIP
