Does any of you know where to find books, or following teachings of the Gung-Fu "Long Fist"?:woo: I haven't seen much of it...
Hi Xia, I found a book called Shaolin Long Fist Kung Fu on Amazon but not sure if this is what you are after? Maybe you should have a look and see the description etc. The author is Yang Jwing-Ming (either search under his name or the title of the book which is as above). Searching Gung Fu brought up loads of books but none have long fist in the title, although not to say that they wouldnt be of any use to you.
Longfist pre-dates just about every other Chinese martial style and is the root of many of them. Shaolin longfist is as good a place to start as any, Xia. It won't be the original style because that's lost in time. Rgds, David
