Hey so after the lockdown ends im looking for a new gym. Does anyone know any good gyms in london that are not 100% men and also good?

    Ideally centralish.

Mushroom De-powered to come back better than before.

Could recommend a few places, but youre probably better off asking in 2021.

You think gyms are gonna be closed that long?

London is worst hit due to density and self-absorption. It will be last to open, then consider that MMA is extremely close-contact and will be the last sport allowed to return. Vaccine will have to be released before we can return probably :(

Deffo. Earliest will be winter but then that'll be risky due to the weather being a natural cold and flu season.
Whether or not some gym will perma close by then is dependant on their own circumstances.

They'll likely start running 121's once restrictions on isolation get lifted. No harm in giving a few recommendations to keep an eye on.

You have London Shootfighters over in Wembly & KO Combat Academy over in Bethnal Green. Both of those are worth a good look.

Roger Gracie Academy in Hammersmith offers jiu jitsu (go & no-gi), kickboxing, MMA and women only classes. They have a both male and female instructors and most classes have mixed attendance
Who knows when it will re-open, but it's a world class place and I'm sure it will survive
In the meantime they are offering virtual classes which work quite well ( you'll need to email them for info on this)
    Hope this helps
