Anybody here from Sweden? Im not but I do find it a fascinating country. I do know this fellow Jesse Enkamp (The Karate Nerd) is from Sweden. Anyway, some of the stuff that I see people do in Sweden reminds me of Kangeiko even if what they're doing has nothing to do with martial arts training. Kangeiko is when you train out in the cold, under really cold conditions and some of the stuff I see people do in Sweden, taking outdoor ice baths in the winter and so forth, reminds me of that.
