Some days I'll do low reps of heavy weights, and some days I'll do higher reps of lower weights, all depending on the mood I'm in or how I'm feeling.

Whilst I'm not doing weights to become Mr Universe (still, I'd like to improve my physique as much as possible), nor am I doing it so I can lift a car. I'm 33 and don't recover like I used to 5-10 years ago.

Is there anything wrong with changing workouts like this ?

Nope that's perfect, the fancy name is undulating periodization. I might even try it my self.

Is undulating periodization good for relative strength or should I, stick with low sets low reps all the time?
