Hello. I do martial arts for almost 2 years. During these years I emphazized on flexibility so I reached the level of doing splits very easy, they do not give me any stress :))
So, my question is, what should be my next goal (in flexibility), as the split was my first goal when starting martial arts? What other flexibility exercise should I progress to help me in MA.
I saw in movies this: http://media.photobucket.com/image/...rts/GETfizzYcaL/chloe_bruce_3_GETfizzYcaL.jpg
Do you think it's worth fighting for it?
If you have any recommandation please tell me and PLEASE advise me with what exercise to start because, for example to reach my e.g I can't start with the proper form.

    Have a nice day!

You are coming at this from the wrong angle (no pun intended)

Flexibility is an attribute - not a magic panacea. I am not particularly bendy in the static sense, but can easily kick to 6' cold and with reasonable power. It is a bit like trying to put an extra 50lbs on a bench press. Great if it is helping, but if it is just to get a heavoer bench press you have gone past complimentary and into perfunctory

If your martial arts are improving stick to what you are doing already - being bendier won't help with your power unless you put the power training in to go with it.

Find yourself a dog. Watch the things he does when he's bored and laying around. Do as he does =)
