does anybody know a good program to create animated GIFs??

I use animation shop that come bundled with paint shop pro, but that's because I get it free from work. Easy enough to use though.

I know a program to make GIFs, but it's useless with the avatar limits on this forum...

now i need more help from you guys. i installed the jasc animation shop but the thing is that all my videos and movies, that are on my computer, open in this animatin program. even the little icon beside the movies turned into the icon of the animation shop. how can i fix this?

 

Easiest way is to right click on the file and "open with" click on "choose a program" and select the program you used to use, ticking the "always use this program" tickbox.
