Alternative to Back Bridge

    Here's a good article and excerise for building and maintianing neck flexibility and strength.
    I still do Back bridging,and have found no adverse effects myself but this seems a good alternative for those that agree with Sonnon.
    Neck nods and the old isometrics are the other neck excerises that I feel are beneficial and work for me.
