Advice required

  1. Hi,
    I just wondered what sort of weekly routine people who do MA and weights/other exercise would recommend.
    I do MA on a Mon (3hours), Wed (3 hours),Thurs (1 hour) and Sunday (1hour).
    Having moved clubs for the MA I train on Thurs and Sun my fitness has taken a nose dive. I used to do much more cardio and bodyweight exercises.
    I am going to start running twice a week in my lunch hour.

    I guess my question is this.
    a) How does everyone fit everything in?
    b) what would people recommend me do to add in a couple of weights sessions a week? I have a gym nearby but have little/no experience with free weights.

    Find someone to teach you the basic lifts. Then Do a super simple 2-3 day a week routine. Something like: Day one, squat + pullups. Day two, Deadlift + benchpress.

    Thats super simple but could actually be quite effective.

    Bench
    Power cleans
    Flys or Dips
    Lateral Raises
    Skull Crushers
    Barbell Curls

    Thursday:
    Squats
    Deadlift
    Bent Rows
    Chins
    Good Mornings or G.H Raises
    Calve raises
