I guess it is also a training method i use for kicking. I train control, slow and easy, pin point kicking. My buddy is no good at kicking and doesnt want to learn Savate style kicking. But when i teach kicking i always teach slow is smooth, smooth is fast. If you can not put an oblique kick on target with control, then you cant do it in a crisis situation.
That sounds sensible. I don't bother with precision. I wear size 14 shoes. I raise my foot and it's like the scene from Independence Day, with the enemy saucers casting a huge shadow over the landscape. My feet also generate a force field that's impregnable until Jeff Goldblum introduces a virus. That is all.
