    c) start working towards what i need to improve, to gain my Yondan.

    4) Start a new Dojo

and of course the old chestnut of

    5) improve my fitness level and cut down on smoking and lose at least a stone in weight.

    :)

i've left out the 'twins' senario as i'm looking at goals i can actually achieve!

    1. To re-organise and re-prioritise my life, and get back to training. I feel upset at myself for letting myself slip from the habit.

Get my 2nd dan. Hopefully by the end of next year or so.

Hopefully do a seminar this year.

Funny, on other sites ppl make sure they don't get banned but looks like you're someone with a real wish to get banned, lol. So, yes, you can say the word then....... ;) :D

Nothing wrong with trying to get a ban. At least it is productive. Mind you I could claim Tourettes syndrome and swear and not get a ban due to a fictional disability.

What he is actually asking to be is a 3rd dan. According to the quote he is wanting to be a 1/3rd 10th dan. So basically, he wishes to be a 3.333 dan.

Ninjutsu wise (in no particular order)
I want to be able to do 50 full press ups (when is started ninjustu I couldn’t even do 1 press up n my knees)
