140 and a teenager

    Any science to back this up?

    Disagree, I myself gained 15lbs in a matter of weeks/months when I started training, 15lbs in the first year of training is nothing spectacular, it's just a stone.

    If you don't want to believe it, don't. But when you first start bodybuilding, you can gain two pounds a week.

    Aren't you a girl? If so, that's why. You don't have the test levels needed.
