See what I did there? :-)
We plan to introduce people to swordsmanship, dispel some of the myths of the sword and teach some cool techniques that I believe...
No worries, chap.
I'm happy for Steve and I to do a single generic mixed kenjutsu/iai session if you want to cancel one of ours to get a slot...
Good luck with that! :)
I won't be sparring. I tend to cheat and use 2.5 feet of sharp steel.
Simon, can you edit the post above to include Steve D's details please? We will be sharing the workload between us!
No-one died at the last one we were at. I consider that a success.
I'll be there with some pointy stick friends.
What koryu do you study?
Nice one, Fruit Ninja.
Woe betide anyone who actually uses a Japanese sword for, I dunno, actual koryu practice.
While Daito-ryu is a koryu art, the Takumakai is just an organisation.
I also didn't read your reply to ap Oweyn as anything more than that of you being defensive towards Steve, so don't worry too much.
Dead right I would.
If you want to spar, there are plenty of ways to enjoy yourself without bastardising a ryuha.
