      hi, can you recomend any karate clubs in the stoke on trent area? you seem to be a fella who knows what he's on about! when i asked in an open thread i just got told about all the mixed martial arts clubs, which though valid, if i wanted modern styles i would be up to the modern combatives, or krav or back on systema. I want to train in a proper old fashioned kata, bit of free style, bit of bag and pads if you know what i mean.
