55 years old and into M.A. I started when I was 19 @ the local community college and studied Tang Soo Do, Shotokan, and Shaolin Kung fu for a total of 3 years. I have been in TKD for years and, at my age, it is a great way to stay fit! I have been blessed to have had instructors from competition TKD, tradional TKD, Ko Am Mu Do, Hap ki do and other arts. Retired police and corrections officer. I am into weightlifting and nutrition to supplement my training.Interact
