You can hit the "About Cuong Nhu" tab on the left to read about it. It combines all the aspects of martial arts you are interested in, and a good bit more. I've been doing it since '06 and it's the style I want to stay with even if I end up cross-training in the future.
If you go under the "Northeast Region" option under the "Dojos" tab, you'll find these three NJ dojos:
-Shojin Dojo
-Zen Mushin Dojo
-Piscataqua Dojo
I'm not sure how far any of these are from your town, so check them out.

I live in NC and travel up there about every year for events. Good people up there. :)
