I'll get it fixed next week hopefully and get back into training. I can't wait. Old age is right and probably stacking the weight too high and not warming up properly won't have helped. Doh!!
I'm Ok mate. Training's crap. Buggered my shoulder somehow, just waiting for it to get better to start again
