    I'm a self defense instructor who teaches a modern system of combat based on realistic techniques, scenarios, sparring, etc. It's not a martial art or arts as i believe most martial arts are impractical for combat. I'm mainly focused on what works best in self defense. I trained several people (namely martial artists of various backgrounds) who were interested in my training.
