At the moment I vary between about 115lb and 118lb. I tend to be at the top end on weeks when I've eaten a lot of starchy carbs (I need to put the cake down and step away from the fridge!).

Yes, the only problem with a lot of these sites is they do tend to push their own products a lot (understandably so). From personal experience and what others have said, both Cressey's and Robertson's stuff is of excellent quality though!

It's one of my big annoyances with T-nation, all the product placement in their articles - I try to ignore it and concentrate on the info!.

I suspect he's taller than you! (and me) and at that point weighted less than the weight I'm aiming for - which is fairly freaking scary! I don't actually know his height though.

Mike Robertson's newsletter is good as well (if you don't already get it).

Yes, it's scary isn't it! I highly recommend signing up to Eric's newsletter if you haven't already. He has some great information about lifting in general and in particular mobility/prehab work.
