I question the weights the bars claim to be, that and it is an old well used BowFlex extreme. All weights were set to 200lbs all are pull downs to mimic pull-ups and chin-ups BowFlex Underhand Shoulder width - 10 reps with isometric hold on 10th rep Underhand Close grip - 10 reps with isometric hold on 10th rep Overhand close grip - 10 reps with isometric hold on 10th rep Behind the neck, overhand wide grip - 10 reps with isometric hold on 10th rep overhand wide grip - 10 reps with isometric hold on 10th rep TotalGym Dips - Level 5, 15 reps Body Weight Pushups - 15 Squats shoulder -15 Squats Horse stance - 15 2/08/2017 so far Downward Dog Supine Bridge Single leg stratches
Changed the workout, will not go into great detail at the moment, basically I try to do a few things every day Now I am doing mainly Yoga and stationary bike. But I still use the Bowflex, and TotalGym, just to a lessor extent. Also changed the diet. Thought I would give the blood type diet a try and so far, so good, I feel great, have less joint pain and I am even a little more flexible Also just can't get myself to do any of my Yang style. Been doing it for over 20 years, been told by my teacher I am in the lineage and that I can teach whatever I want and I just do not want to do any of it these days. I am not even all that thrilled with the Chen I was working on or the mini-compact that is Chen based. I seem to be drawn back to an old form I learned from my first Shifu, the Wu competition 45 form and I am also working on what little Sun style I know. Beyond that I am working on Yiquan and still a little Xingyiquan
