It's being reported by Peter Fury on his Twitter page that Tyson Fury is due to defend his heavyweight title against Wladimir Klitschko in Manchester, UK on July 9th.

An official announcement at midday today.

I'm not a fan of Fury, but he did fight well in the first fight. His head movement was better than it's ever been and he definitely had the right tactics.

Second time around for Wladimir though and I'd expect him to give Fury a much harder fight.

Is he just too old now though.

Don't think I'll watch. I like to stay up late at the weekends and this would put me to sleep.

I'm confuzzeled. I thought Fury lost his belts due to a refusal to rematch. So is this for belts or bragging rights?

Fury lost the IBF belts, but still has the WBA and WBO belts.

Fury did I guess do a little better but did he do enough to win the title. Possibly.

In truth though Klitchko looked a shadow of himself and I've never seen the heavyweight belts change hands so cheaply.
