BJJ there will turbo your abilities and compliment you JJJ very very well indeed. My folks are from Shrewsbury so I've been on the mat there a few times. It's worth the drive/train/bus

Not heard of them before. Not seen them on the Muay Thai fight circuit.

Telford Muay Thai, Shrewsbury Muay Thai at Spartan MMA, or Reaper Gym are pretty active on the fight circuit. Seen them around on shows and interclubs.

My first choice would be Reaper Gym if you can get there.

The relationship between shrews Muay Thai and SBG is good. Last time I checked they were training with each other. I think the Thai classes used to be coached by Ash but I'm not sure. That doesn't appear to be the case now.

Anyway, SBG generally is MMA and BJJ orientated, covering standup, clinch and ground.

That being said the op says they can't do Thai boxing anyway, due to shoulder issues.

Reaper gym is the place to go for MT in shropshire.

Steve broom has an excellent rep for coaching

SBG shropshire doesn't have a MT class.
The op says he cant train striking anymore.

That's cool. Just weighing in my opinion on the better Muay Thai clubs to visit around the area.
