Well you learn something new every day.

I thought I knew how to tie shoe laces, but it seems I didn't.

Handy tip for the runners among us.

I haven't tried that, but my initial reaction on seeing the clip is that I would worry that my running shoes would be too tight! I normally lace them up slightly loose because I know that as my feet get hot they swell slightly, so I allow them a bit of room.

    Your thoughts?

The last time I ran in a city they gave me a shiny pendant and some tinfoil. Around here they give you beer and cheese. I know where I prefer running...

    They're awesome.

    I practically live in them.

Waiting for Johnno to make a joke about short people living in shoes.

No, I've got a pair of them. They don't half make your feet sweat. Horrible things.

Maybe get a size that fits?

They are a bit on the tight side. But I didn't want anything sloppy for kicking in. And most footwear tends to 'give' quite a bit over time.

    I agree.

Seems obvious when you watch the video, but there are alternative methods depending on your foot type.
